Analysis of social networks spreading news of a false coup in China.

Cyabra analyzed the conversation of a fake coup in China on Twitter and TikTok, spread primarily through the hashtags #ChinaMilitaryCoup and #XiJinpinghousearrest. The profiles linked to the spread of misinformation reached over 2,210,000 profiles by September 23rd and by September 24th there was a 2,172% increase in related content.
